I was discussing with a fellow marketer of mine, Jocelyn Jones, last week about how to enforce teamwork into a direct sales business to form the team, and then how further would you carry the concept. Our talks kept on arriving back to a renowned networking strategy called Tribe Marketing.
Tribes are a group of marketers that contribute in boosting each other’s business by writing comments on their blogs, digging their articles, tweeting about them, penning testimonials, giving ratings and comments on their videos at Youtube, and anything else that will aid in building the names of the people in their group. If done the right way this can be extremely powerful.
Getting the people to work with is really an easy task, as all you have to do is request the people you know, who are in your own business opportunity, and people that are in groups, forums and communities on your social networking sites like Facebook or LinkedIn. Explain to them that by helping each other you build credibility in other people’s eyes and that’s what grows a solid business in this industry.
This can be done correctly and incorrectly as well. The wrong way is to have a small group of 3 people and keep giving each other 2 way link backs. Search engines absolutely hate this, and can simply notice this activity, which can get your site put on a blacklist
The correct way is to accumulate a larger group of people, preferably at least fifteen to twenty. Then device the group to aid each other.
