TVI Express, a sound business or a modern day Ponzi? After you read my review you will have a better idea and be able to make an informed decision.
Travel Ventures International (TVI) are based in Heathrow, London, UK (apparently).
TVI all began in Jan 09 and since then many distributors involved have been putting out some very impressive income claims, this prompted me to take a look further into this opportunity. I checked out all their information on the official website but after a great deal of time looking through their material there was still one question unanswered, ‘What’s the actual product?’ Whenever I get this question pop up in my mind I always get a red sign flashing in my brain that says ‘PONZI’.
After some further research I was still none the wiser, I even spoke to some TVI reps and they didn’t seem to have any definite answers other than you are awarded a 6 night hotel voucher when you pay your $250 to join up
I have doubt in my mind about the authenticity of TVI as there does not seem to be any actual products that are being sold
What ways can you make money with this opportunity?
A distributor will make their money from getting others to sign up and pay the $250. TVI has what is called a rotating matrix pay plan. When you get started, you will begin your journey on the Travel Board and will ‘cycle’ your way up to the top of the matrix at which point you will be ‘pushed’ out to the next level and be paid $500. You will then be promoted to the ‘Express board’ and repeat this ‘cycle’ and every time you do, you will be paid $10,000 (apparently). To join TVI there is a onetime only payment of $250. In order to qualify for the bonus payment you need to sponsor just 2 people.
So how is it possible for you to get 2 people to join for $250 each and then get paid $10,000? There is a hugh influx of people paying their $250 to get in to the matrix right now, all dreaming that they are going to become wealthy in just a couple of months and assuming that this keeps happening the matrix ‘cycling’ can continue. The company says that once you pop out at the top you will re-enter the matrix again and earn another $10k.
It’s inevitable that this type of scheme will boom & bust. It seems there is no tangible product here so once the influx of new members stops (and it will) the matrix stops moving and no one profits anymore. Because standard companies that operate on an MLM business model sell tangible products, people still profit after saturation occurs.
TVI is an illegal scam?
In these situations I always ask myself, does the product offered benefit the consumer. Its very important to consider if the products would retail on their own, without the lure of a network marketing compensation plan. TVI Express fails on both points in my opinion.
Is this an opportunity you should sign up with
You would not be wrong for thinking that the matrix pay plan looked lucrative. It would be wise not to try and get anyone who values your opinion to join. You will probably blow your credibility. I have seen comments that indicate payments are not necessarily cash, but instead you get vouchers, which can be redeemed for holiday and travel arrangements.
